No idea what's wrong with mom!
Adamant, that she is; looks like my stubbornness has transferred to her.

My friend tells me almost everyday-
'you were sure you wanted to learn to drive....you'll be an adult soon....
what's wrong now???'

I can only reply, ....
.....ahem.....
.......
"Why can't parents settle for one decision??!!??"

At the window..
gazing at the two little sparrows tread on the sweet--smelling, damp road.

Pressure groping in...
exam results, books, friends, ma&pa....
I know my thoughts are on a roller coaster ride....

Flap! Flap! Flap!
The sparrows are gone!

Why can't I fly away???

Petty things make sense only to petty minds.

Deep down in her heart, she knew the words held true meaning.
It is true that she is an adolescent.
It is true that she has left her childhood.
It clearly ensues then, that she is no more "little".

Why then, is her mind yet 'petty'?
